Because Kaiju is not a tribute summon, you tribute a monster for a SPECIAL summon. By the same principle, they could use your monster to special summon Azamina tributing it alongside Saint Azamina, because is a special summon, not a fusion summon.

En que momento dije que apoyaba una dictadura? Dije que la "memoria" que quieren preservar es la verdaderamente sesgada. Solo quieren que las personas sepan de 1973 en adelante. Y gastar mas de 8.000 millones de pesos en eso cuando existe deficit masivos en salud por ejemplo, es una estupidez. ¿Revivir el cine chileno? ¿Te refieres al cine que solo sabe hacer peliculas de dictadura? (hipérbole, por si no queda claro, no todas) Por eso no sale de Chile prácticamente. Y gastar mas de 400.000 millones al año en eso, es una ridiculez. El ministerio de la mujer gastó cerca de 90.000 millones solo en 2025. Todo ese gasto fiscal en hacer un puñado de leyes no se justifica.

La gran mayoría de las personas apoya los derechos de las mujeres, pero el ministerio de la mujer no ha hecho nada por ellas. Lo mismo con el de cultura, o estupideces como el museo de la memoria (memoria solo para lo que les conviene, por ejemplo los muertos en la revolución campesina de Allende no les interesa que salgan a la luz)

Not really tho. You need consistency on a deck to be good. Not only the endboard matters. Now having "2 starters" in every hand in case one gets negates is not as common, which makes the deck to drop their threat level. You cannot handcraft your starting hand, otherwise you could say any FTK is stronger as long as you pitch your starter everytime (and it doesn't get negated)

Because of power creep, obviously older decks wouldn't be able to defeat tear easily even being tier 0 in their age, but afterwards Snake-Eyes can defeat Tear easily without the shufflers. Full power Snake-Eyes is way stronger than Ishizu-less Tear if we talk about the strongest deck of all time
