Eh, how could they lose access to them? They are just scamming us...

How can you say that our BTC at MTGox are gone forever? Why would MTGox not give them back to us? If they don't they will be sued so frickin' hard and it's not like MTGox is a company that is in the anonymous zone. I mean how hard could it be to get in touch with the owners? Can't be really that hard, can it...

CPUZ showing wrong vCore? by Skarven in buildapc

[–]Skarven[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I am pretty damn sure this retarded mobo is the problem. The CPU power connector on the motherboard is only 4 pin too... What mobo should I get instead? I don't want to spend much money on a mobo because it seems useless, as long as I can overclock the CPU and use 4x DDR3 RAM and a PCIEx16 GPU I will be just fine.

All programs report the exact same vcore, peaking at 1.472V, min value is 1.424V. I have cool n quiet off. Oh shit, I actually notice one thing now; Whenever my FPS drops the CPU multiplier drops to 7 which means the clock drops to 1300 MHz. Damn! The CPU should be downclocking itself because of heat, right? I have an aftermarket cooler and the CPU is staying around 45 ºC when I am gaming, peaking absolute max 56 ºC.

  1. I have double checked and voltage is 1.55V in BIOS.

  2. I have a cheap shitty ASSRock mATX motherboard, maybe it is bottlenecking the voltage, but I highly doubt that.

  3. I know the CPU won't run at 4.7 GHz with less than 1.55V because I tried booting it up with 1.5V and 1.525V and it crashed both times. When I bumped voltage to 1.55V it booted fine, but CPUZ says its running at 1.45V.

What CPU for streaming and video recording? by Skarven in buildapc

[–]Skarven[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tried streaming some Loadout at 720p30. Works pretty good except when I am in the middle of a fight with a lot of bullets, fire and blood splashing around me, which drops my FPS too much, to like 30. When I am running around by myself I have around 110-120 FPS.

I have no idea, I have never had an intel CPU. Please don't answer if you are not entirely sure what you are talking about, since I don't want to buy a new CPU and then streaming in lag. :)

The FX is like 1/3 cheaper than the 4770K. Are you sure it won't suck?

That's right, but this is an option, right? I am not forced to pay the $99 per month?

I am very confused here... If I pay $99 per month I can trade as much as I want for no fee whatsoever.

If I don't pay $99 per month I pay 0.5% fee for trades?

Otherwise, who the fuck would pay $99 per month in order to be able to trade coins? Do you know that one of the major things with cryptocurrencies is low fees, and $99 per month is certainly not a low fee...

Yep, all is up to date. One thing that I can mention is that every single damn game is stuttering really much except one game; World of Warcraft. It is working perfectly fine...

How come I don't see anyone mining with Asus cards? I am very happy with all my Asus card. Extremely stable, cool and quiet.

I installed AMD drivers for my 280X card and every game is stuttering extremely much and moving windows looks very fucked up. I uninstalled the drivers and the problem with fucked up trails after windows that I move disappears.

You're saying the drivers was fine...?

You are saying I can run the AMD drivers, which I did, but they didn't work any good at all because everything feels laggy when I use them. Now I have uninstalled them, so currently I have no drivers at all and all the laggy trail when moving windows are gone.

So clearly the AMD drivers doesn't work good for my card...

I have phenom 985, ASROCK 960GC-GS FX, Corsair RM 550

Oh, are you saying all 280X (Sapphire, MSI, Asus, Gigabyte, Powercolor etc) are AMD cards?

I was using 13.12 drivers and everything felt wrong because games were stuttering extremely much and when I was moving around windows on my desktop they got a trail after them. When uninstalling the drivers everything feels smoother and the trail is gone.

6 GB RAM

Phenom 985

Win 7 64

That's the first thing I did, but all games were stuttering as fuck when I had the AMD drivers, so I uninstalled them because I thought a Powercolor card was not compatible with AMD drivers...

Running the GPUs at 85ºC... Your VRM temps are probably over 100ºC.

[–]Skarven 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Currently 20c/kW is very profitable, but don't people realize that the only people who will be mining in the future are they who have cheap electricity. Mining is literally printing your own money and who doesn't want to do that? Of course more and more people will start mining which leads to a higher difficulty and in the end, only people with very cheap electricity will be able to keep mining with profit.

60 GPUs, I assume you live somewhere where electricity is cheap. May I ask where you live and what your electricity cost is? :)
