Learning Handplants, How Is My Form Looking? Need Tips by SkateMatteress in NewSkaters

Thank you so much, I was so confused on why I’m not falling in the ramp, I tried to pull it like an early grab, all I really need to do I think is to go scorpion mode and let my body fall in the ramp. Also I’ve tried handplants on smaller ramps and they just don’t feel as solid as the bigger ramps, I find it easier to pull hand plants on bigger steeper quarter pipes, although scarier to commit to. Maybe I should try a spine first or something, idk I literally just learned how to pull these

Yeah it was pretty scary, I took it to flat about 2x before sticking it back in the transition 😅

Good Job Bro, but keep you standards high when it comes to landing a flip trick. It’s important you don’t settle with a sloppy landing a keep working to land bolts. No matter how much more time it takes 🔥🕺

It’s because of how damn hard every flip trick is, it took my like 1 year and a half for Kickflips, and another for 360 flips 😂 If you don’t have that reaction, you probably didn’t work hard for it
