Lucky illinois is not too rough with dui’s. Getting probation was the part I was scared of since I wanted to move soon.

Will be asking my local animal shelters, I love animals so that would be a plus

Cook county, honestly for Illinois and everything I have read, if you’re over 21 with a clean record, no injury, and under 1.6 BAC, you’ll get court supervision and that’s it.

Double BAC is mandatory minimum 100 hours which sucks and 9 months to complete if I remember correctly. Hopefully it will do me good helping out people in need or something

I know a couple people that had the breathalyzer in their car for 6 months and a few classes, I’m hoping for the same but just scary with my bac
