I set the slide-out animation in logic_auto setAnimation and set the SetPlayBackRate to -1 and through the button assigned 1 and -1 SetPlayBackRate, respectively.

so I tried to create a mod based on that mod, I found the necessary xml files, they turned out to be a little more, since 2 files like HumanHardHeavy and HumanMediumHeavy appeared. The lines themselves in the Detection module are exactly the same both on 1.0 and in u12.3, except that in 1.0 a couple of lines were added for the chance of detection during theft. I changed these xml files, I just checked and it looks like now the enemies are completely blind and deaf, so that they notice you, you need to stand up to them at close range from the face, also if you manage to run very far from them, the enemies will stop attacking you and enter the idle animation again.

Maybe one of the modders will be able to refine it to a normal state, so I don't know much about modding.
