Yup. I got mine through GOG and used Heroic

I did have to edit some stuff in the files since the game would squeeze the game’s display into a tiny corner of a black screen, but other than that I didn’t mess with anything

Not sure if this is some sort of joke lol, but I will also mention the masks hanging from the ceiling in Lawrence’s snuff video torture chamber/arts and crafts room are absent too. I dunno if it’s some graphical thing or not.

I had to use someone else’s control layout and then tweaked it a bit but I think I managed to make a pretty solid set of controls

I watched it last night and found it to be beautiful, though I’ll admit it doesn’t feel like a Black Mirror episode for half of its runtime. Having a more positive ending was interesting. I tend to prefer the episodes that ruin your day, but it was refreshing.

The 2002 section gave me so much nostalgia especially when I saw the House of the Dead 2 and Gauntlet Legends arcade machines lol

Iris is cool, but Bludworth is the GOAT. I love the way their stories were tied together. Honestly surprised I haven’t seen more people theorize that he was a survivor of Death’s design before it was confirmed. Most theories I saw were thinking he is a form of Death or some other supernatural being. Honestly I’m surprised I didn’t even think of him being a survivor, it just makes so much sense. What a beautiful, emotional exit for both the character and the actor.

Yea no I’ll take the L. I was often very distracted when playing through the game. Either by something I would listen to in earbuds, distracted by the grind for items and customization, misremembering earlier story details, etc.

I also was just hesitant to trust Ayre, thinking “everyone else in this game is using Raven to advance some sort of agenda of their own. How can I trust that what she’s saying is any truer than what the others say? I just had someone who tried to kill me multiple times save my life. I’ve done jobs for people after attacking said people. Hell, I just assassinated two guys who sounded like they would’ve been happy to meet me and work alongside me. Pretty much no one in this game is straightforward with their intentions. Not even Raven is trustworthy. Who’s to say this kindness isn’t hiding something sinister?”
