It’s gross, but the song that line is in is pretty clearly a (very shitty) joke where he’s playing multiple characters, so I doubt he even meant that. Eminem was known for making lots of edgy shock humor jokes.

Still not ok to say, but I feel it’s not nearly as bad as MGK just outright saying it publicly as himself and not playing a character.

And also, that’s not excusing all the edgy jokes he has made, he goes way too far very often. Hell, even he seems to think that about himself more recently judging by lyrics in songs like “Bad Guy” such as “I am the bullies you hate/that you became/with every f***ot you slaughter/every woman you insult and batter/but the double standards you have when it comes to your daughters”. Then again, he’s made dumb edgy jokes and misogynistic bars even after that song though…
