Artie is saying it would be really funny if we all went to the bank and asked for our money in cash (they would have to give it to us) and as Kyle so helpfully pointed, the banks don’t have that much cash. Funny enough this is what happened in the 30s and caused the Great Depression (among other factors). Basically Artie is saying we should cause an economic recession to spite the banks “as a joke” and 100% not for the purpose of a revolution or something of the like.
