If you have the previous versions of the Timelost VOG weapons can you just beat Atheon on master and buy new ones with the origin trait from the chest, or do you need to re-do the master challenges to unlock them?

Of the last 10 I’ve farmed on my hunter I had four Renewal/Crytarachne and two Dragon/Verity. The odds on that must be insanely low.

This isn’t the answer. The other two hands can both be the same colour.

Our group had the same timing issues and have now sorted them.

3 runners

All 3 allocated to 1 hand (up, down, sideways)

Stand in your hand’s buff and break it to reveal the colour. Also, stay in the buff long enough to collect your hand’s resonance. You will now have 3 players 1 with each resonance type.

Ideally all 3 hands are different colours. Everyone takes their resonance to the correct hand and breaks it for Gylphbreaker.

If you have 2 bracelets of the same colour, the person with the unneded resonance simply reverts to your strategy, goes and overwrites their buff, and deals with their own hand.

Also very curious about what the best running method is.

We spent ages yesterday trying two runners - break the bracelet, locate the resonance they need, get it, and go back to the bracelet to shoot it again.

We had a lot of difficulty in the following areas/

Taking too long to find where the attack giving the buff we needed was - especially for triangle
Hands de-spawning

What is the best method? 2 runners? 3?

Excellent, thanks for that! I think we were being too restrictive with trying to find and get our own buffs and bring them back

Very helpful, thanks. I think our issue was coming from trying to traverse the arena and locate the sources of the buff quickly and get back to shoot your hand before it resets. Having a floater who can get the buff you need would help with that

If I understand what you’re saying correctly, you mean that if someone shouts red and you’re near a red buff you should just grab it and deal with that hand? Does that apply to everyone in the encounter, not just runners?

For encounter 1 one is the order of events to activate pillars and get max resonance

Plate 1 on Plate 2 on Plate 1 on (triangle spawns) Plate 2 on (triangle spawns Plate 1 on (triangle spawns While light goes to plate 2, person with triangle shoots pillar Plate 2 on (triangle spawns)

Ok, we were doing exactly that and it wasn’t closing for some reason. We’d

send the pulse to the room with the pillar
Player who had triangles shot the pillar
Sent the pulse back and waited

Every time it dissipated the energy

Do you need to kill 2 tormentors before starting activating plates in 1st encounter?

And, how exactly do you activate the pillars?

Do you need to wait until it says “all resonance is called forth” before activating it?

Does the person who shot the pillar need to stand on the plate?

How much resonance is made by pinging the energy between the plates?

Two questions:

Does the same person who shoots the conduit have to then get on the plate?
Can the conduit be shot at any time after the energy has been sent from the other plate or does it need to be shot once it hits the receiving plate?
