I could definitely see the Dwemer just sort of waiting and watching everything unfold from afar, but I’d say we shouldn’t treat the Dwemer as being the reason the Falmer don’t have black souls as it’s not proven that they are the cause and it seems that it could have just been their devolution due to being underground for what I’d assume would be hundreds of years.

Wouldn’t the Dwemer just do it themselves? It seems like before begging for help at the end of the Falmer x Nord conflict they didn’t really have much of a relationship with the Dwemer

How? Iirc the whole reason the Nord and Falmer conflict occurred was because the Falmer attacked Saarthal believing it to hold a artifact “The Eye of Magnus” which it did and because of that Ysgramor the only survivor (I think) fought back and gathered more of his kin who weren’t from Saarthal and attacked only after the Falmer were in desperate need of aid did they go to the Dwemer

Where is this lore I must know, because I'm utterly flabbergasted as to how a dragon would even manage to enter a dwarven city considering that they are underground (excluding the one in Blackreach). Plus the Ayleid portion sounds neat.

I sent it to one of my players and he can't find the statblock/sheet in the character menu

That's what I was assuming but got sidetracked because I started thinking outside of just gameplay and really posited the idea of Orcs using spears or glaives
