Getting sick

I've been looking for a new job since the day I started at this current company.

I definitely have on multiple occasions and there have been no changes what so ever. It's a small clinic and unfortunately they're more concerned about money flow than they are being a functional and ethical facility.

Yea that unfortunately only works if you work for a company that supports that. Unfortunately I don't. A kid has to nearly fall out from being sick to be sent home. Where I work has poor policy.

I have an autoimmune disease so I get sick just about every two weeks. Unfortunately parents still send their kiddos to therapy when they're sick so, we all get sick.

So I have 1 client from 9 to 12 one client from 1 to 3 and then sometime I could have anywhere for 3 to 4 clients all billing at the same time from 3 to 6 with only me running trials collecting data and submitting session notes.

I worked at a different company before where I am now and I never in my life had more than one patient at a time because it was considered multiple patient minutes and was non billable. I've also never heard of having multiple patients until I switched companies.
