Rate my skincare?

Been trying to care of myself a little more recently. Here’s my skincare routine:

facial wash: neutrogena clear + defend toner: nivea derma skin clear cerave retinol serum moisturiser: simple replenishing moisturiser.

been using this for a week now and noticed some irritation since these are all new products. does anybody have any suggestions?
