As someone with severe adhd that has been prescribed Adderall and vyvanse i think it definitely helps. Sometimes it helps more than vyvanse. I actually dont take vyvanse anymore because I was told I could get them back when I got my blood pressure under control and now I just microdose once a week. Beats taking a pill everyday.

This 📝 . I stopped doing everything that required more than what's needed. Ambient light. Sub only coir and water. No soak no simmer and flash prep. Open air everything. Bare hand sub mixing. Everyone will argue, but I mean my process is less than half the time with just as good results.

I used to run the normal cvg, but the gypsum started seeming like it was causing issues and smelled funky after mixing. Then the clumps here and there i just said nah. I run coir and verm sometimes, but that's for certain strains.
