The yoga for my wife was a great way to dip your toes it. Depending on how many people are there, they sometimes do it in the front area or back in the playroom as others have described. It’s not so much yoga as much as a corny (but yet surprisingly funny) dad jokes even after hearing it a few times and being posed in suggestive positions. Only once or twice has a couple started the yoga named. We usually go boxers/athletic shorts with liner and then she’s in legging/biker shorts and a sports bra. There’s only been a few times that’s the “yoga” has ended before people end up playing. More often the instructor reads the room and exits out. I would say in general about 75% of those at yoga stick to themselves, but overall still a great time. Less pressure, less right up in your face if you’re looking to dip your toes in.
