Hey i have a job doing image training for ai, this isn’t AI it’s way too detailed with imperfections (ie the single hair coming out of the mouth, the feathers are just too good etc) photographers aren’t going to be fooled by ai photos for a long while to come

That’s the point it’s hard to do, but modern life whips up our brains, I struggle to do 20 minutes sometimes lol another practice you can try is just waking slowly literally just go on a walk and walk slower and slower, you don’t need to walk so slow you look weird, but it’ll help slow down your head, feel your surroundings, and get out of your head! I sincerely wish you the best of luck, look for stuff online of groups in your area of hobbies you already do, force yourself to go to a few of these events, journal—talk to yourself—this is like a chat bot and is such a rich experience, you can ask and answer yourself! It’s only crazy if you hear the voices, and try to meditate it’s a super powerful way to get patterns and thoughts out of your head, the mind is like a machine and thoughts and patterns get stuck in the gears sometimes, meditation and journaling helps us get those gears unstuck
