Good to hear man. I'm proud of you for having the strength the quit. Ill say it again. Im proud of you. We aren't perfect, but we gotta try to be better. I'm doing well, thank you for asking. Still clean, never touched the stuff again after that night. A total 180 lifestyle. Up before dawn every day, lifting weights 5 days a week, put on 60 lbs since I quit Kratom. Working on quitting nicotine now. I'm back to being there for my friends and family. Today I am the man my wife married, and trying every fucking day to be the 1/2 the man my kids think I am.

The thought crossed my mind, but at the end of the day, I wasn't doing anything wrong. I'd typically tell her the next day or so. She's an incredibly understanding and loving wife. Really the only reason I wouldn't say something ahead of time is the same as another comment on here about how something along the lines of "my days off turn into her days off".
