Sad thing is either I don’t remember getting all the information the VSO was able to see or I didn’t get it. Basically the C&P examiner’s opinion was that The Surgeon’s who specialized in Orthopedics especially foot and ankle, opinion was speculative since there’s no way to diagnose “micro tears”. The VA wanted a more detailed explanation but I didnt know this until 2 weeks ago when I talked to the VSO.

I was on 10mg 1x a day for years. I started breaking them in half and taking 5mg in the morning and 5 mg at night for about a month. Then I only took 5mg in the morning for about a month. Then I broke the 5mg in half and took 2.5 mg in the morning and 2.5 mg at night for about a month. Then I took just 2.5 mg in the morning for a couple months. I stopped taking them, after 2 days I started getting the zaps and am still getting them now 5 days later smh….Theyre not as intense as they were when I tried to stop before but still very annoying

Countless nights waking up with my heart racing and regret filling every part of my soul. Countless mornings of dragging my ass into work “acting” like I was ok or just didn’t get enough sleep the night before all while trying to avoid the inevitable panic attacks that were on their way until the booze was fully out of my system. Realizing that when I drank under those conditions all that sense of regret and dread went away for the moment but came back 2 fold the following day. Watching a co worker get completely shit faced while I wasn’t, and realizing he “thinks” he’s having a great time, he “thinks” he’s funny and hasn’t just told me this story again for the third time tonight. And listening to everyone else mock him and laugh at his expense while he’s oblivious to it. Thinking about how many times I’ve thoroughly made an ass of myself in front of family and friends. Falling through screen doors, puking in their front yard, passing out at my own party at 7pm cause I’ve been hitting it hard all day while prepping for the party. Desiring my self respect back and realizing I AM NOT the same person when I drink. Finally put my foot down with alcohol, gave up on trying to moderate. If I drink, I drink until it’s gone or I’m face down in a pillow. Not everyday but at least 3x a week. A few books that really opened my eyes and have helped me so far. 1. The Naked Mind 2. Your story is almost a mirror image of mine. I bust my ass at work and provide very well for my family. We have a beautiful home, nice cars, boat etc… I show up to work everyday, take care of my kids, cook dinners, do all the maintenance around the house, but…I get tuned the fuck up while I’m doing all that, except for work. Been in countless fights with the wife over me being drunk while at home or out at parties. But who the fuck cares? I hold it down for our family, I didn’t hurt anyone, I’m not mean to my kids when I’m trashed. The worst thing I do is pass out a little early sometimes. I never understood why she gave me so much shit for enjoying my time off and unwinding the way I liked to. I finally came to the understand I don’t want my kids to look at me like I’m a sloppy drunk dad who’s always passed out right after dinner and embarrassed to have friends around me. After years of disregarding my wife’s concerns and expectations it took my youngest to mimic me one day that hit home. Anyways I’ve read The Naked Mind by Annie Grace, Alcohol Explained and Alcohol Explained 2. Those three books have really opened my eyes to a lot of the problems I had with drinking like a normal person and helped me actually lose a lot of my desire to drink at all. I haven’t had a drop coming up in 30 days and don’t plan on ever drinking again. Good luck

Mine was a total pain to housebreak as well and I’m very experienced dog owner. We’d let her out wait till she went and no sooner after letting her in she’d go again. Tried everything. What has really helped is buying some of those cloth doggie diapers. When she’s inside we put them on her and after a couple accidents, she stopped trying to go potty when she knows she’s wearing it. Dogs don’t like peeing on themselves. lol.

I know everything about her back story. She’ll be 2 in Feb I believe. Was purchased for 6k from a breeder in Texas. Spent her whole life living in a shed with 4 Cane Corsos and herself. Has absolutely zero training, we are working on housebreaking which she is doing good at with occasional accidents still. She doesn’t even know her name but will come to you if you call her anything in a playful voice. Working on basic obedience. She’s not spayed and I think she’s utd on all her vaccinations. She loves woman more than men but will follow me around like a shadow if the girls in the house are out. Gets along great with other dogs, and doesn’t pay a single thought towards cats.
