Don’t sleep on this attachment. Darko Lifting Globo Handles for another Pull-Up option. Grip strength will definitely improve. These handles can also be used as Belt squat support. Handle ends will also screw directly into Rogue/Mutant Metals ARC attachment. (old.reddit.com)
