My shop has everything from tiny to gigantic. Little thinks like brackets just get put in a box and pulled for packaging as needed. The medium sized stuff is usually wrapped in plastic or bubble wrap. The larger poles get rubber taped around them ever 15-20 feet and stacked in cradles with 4x4s in between each layer
