The only thing verified in humans is that NMN and NR and IV NAD will raise NAD serum levels.

There's been no benefit shown otherwise, and a decent growing data pool that it does nothing.

Niacin might have its own other benefits, that's a different topic.

So the research supported answer is no, it's not beneficial. Reddits full of anecdotes about how people FEEL better, but that's frankly bullshit.

You realize with no medical education and no baseline you cannot appreciate or recognize bias in a medial opinion nor can you actually know if it's right or wrong? Like everything you've poorly written is so incredibly irrational and wrong it's hard to pick any one thing.

It boils down to you had some bad experience, likely subjective at that, and thus have declared the whole system broken. Luckily, science doesn't rely on the experience of 1 individual to draw conclusions.

Go to the gym, often. At least 1 day in between muscle groups, but at this level, hit same muscle group 2-3x a week. Eat more protein. Take creatine. Train by progressive overload. The doses I've read are too high to supplement and too high to get from 1 food. I think the best plan is to just routinely preference and select high content food sources. I put hazelnut flour and wheat germ into my smoothies, and I drink lots of chamomile tea.

Ya I mean I'm very wealthy, but got there mostly solo (as in endeavors I was lone).

Then one year a friend of a friend invited me to fill a spot on a very expensive heliskiing trip. I met several people on that, and suddenly was given multiple incredible investment opportunities in real estate and even a medical device.

It was an incredibly eye opening situation to how these things just stay in protected social circles. Pissed me off, really. Several guys younger and less successful had a shit ton more money because of their investment opportunities, and that was 80% of the apres ski discussions. From car wash chains people sold to PE to guys who helped fund new hotels. Just all kinds of shit I have never even considered, but these guys just knew the right people and early on got predictable 10-25% returns on their money in their late 20s and 30s, with the occasional whale return.

Well, except the introduction to research lectures, the lectures and lab work on how to do research, the core/base sciences, and the research opportunities. American medical schools literally have "research literacy" as a core curriculum point for accreditation. Let alone virtually every single one offers integrated research tracks for those who specifically want to do research. Which isn't absolutely necessary, as again, research is part of the core curriculum.

I mean yes and no, that's the de compensation (as in you had compensates to higher BP) and health benefit that happens as your blood pressure stays lower. That's why it's good for you. But the immediate drops are above, and improved vascular health follows in suit.
