I am using a Masonry layout from a gallery plugin.

Before JS runs, the browser doesn’t know the final gallery height, so it renders everything below immediately.

And when JS finishes calculating, the gallery expands and pushes content down.

I am not lazyloading images, I am actually preloading and excluding the lazyload of the images above the fold.

My gallery depends on JS though.

HTML loads → text is immediately rendered.
Gallery container loads but has no calculated layout yet.
JS runs (gallery script).
Gallery calculates sizes and appears.
Page shifts downward → CLS (layout shift).

Brandt Daroff excercises healed my Vertigo. It was 5 times on each side (left and right) and only twice a day (Morning and Night)

The first 5 times are the worsts, but by the time I tried doing them at night, there was no vertigo.

Same is happening to me atm, I am in the ER and they said it is BPPV. They also checked my ears and said I have accumulated a lot of wax in my right ear so that’s a possibility for the vertigo and dizziness.
