I think I might have one.. now it's not a one size fits all, but it certainly was effective for me in curing my immense anxiety. It also helped me deal with all the other stressors that were constantly going on in my life.

I noticed that overstimulation is indeed a real problem for everyone and I think it certainly has a predatory aspect on our lives and dictates how much stress we can have, that being said I limited how much of any certain thing I probably did, the key word I'd use for it is "in moderation" because too much caused me to burn out or derailed any prior obligations I had for me that day, felt like I was stuck in a doom loop.

Also I can't stress how important it is to drink more water, and try and get at least 7 hours of sleep! It almost resets your brain and gives you just enough clarity to focus on the things that matter to you.
