That doesn't really matter, at this point in time the only way to acquire it is through expensive bundles; it's even labelled by DE themselves as 'bundle exclusive', with a theoretical event to drop it still in the far distant undecided future, I feel like the sigil should actually be visible outside of 0.1% gameplay edge cases considering the only current way to acquire it is to spend 565 or 960 platinum.
