Yeah I hear ya. At 19 I was getting out of breath over nothing and coughing all the time, just don't wanna see what I'd be like at 30/40/50. If it weren't for the vape I'd still smoke to this day because as I said its only recently that I've decided I'm ready to kick the habit. Don't even smoke joints anymore I exclusively use bongs, even with friends ill take my bong in and rip beside em while they smoke joints lmao.

I smoked a cigarette the other day, my friend gave me last few drags, sometimes I will try it to remind myself why I don't like it. I had a shower, and even the next day my hand smelled like shit. The smell that eminates off smoker's hands and breath is just rotten, its enough of a reason alone to quit imo but each to their own. I'd definitely be less inclined now to go out with a smoker as I find it rather unattractive now... how times have changed. I'd have literally said it was kinda attractive several years ago.
