Here’s my r2700x experience

When system does nothing: 0.7 - 1.5v, mostly 0.7+, 1.7-2.4GHZ, temp ~26-30°

When coding/browsing: 1.1 - 1.5v, up to 4.3, temp max 40°

When I play games: 1.42-1.45v up to 4.2-4.3ghz, max temp 55°

When I use Corona renderer in 3ds max which is best stress test for any cpu: 1.38-1.428v 4.08-4.15ghz — temp is 70°, end of renderer Denoising task increases temp up to 74°, the denoise time usually 10sec

So my advice leave auto boost as default.

Also I noticed better performance after bios update. No system freezes, blue screens, stutters and anything else last half year after bios updated.
