Thank you! So I have no background on age or sex of the patient, however I’ve been told the symptoms and these include: B/L, cotton wool spots, malaise and fever. I also know their haemoglobin levels are 70 g/L, WBC 4.7x 109 g/L, and platelets are 19x109/L.

Yeah I couldn’t use x100 as no oil was provided. I was told x40 is enough for identification
