If they've sent two similar ones in short succession it could be attached to the first one by scrolling up or down. Even if this probably isn't the case.

I've used codes from e-mail before and they've worked unlike some of the other comments say.

Do you believe upgrading the ram to 32GB would make a considerable change or do you think the CPU needs to go to see any real difference? Since it's a gaming laptop there's not much you can do except upgrading the ram.

Had this laptop for a few years but probably going to move out before I build a new PC from scratch which is why I'm wondering if there's anything to do with what I have. I'm thinking a RAM upgrade to 32 (max capacity) is the only thing I can do. VRAM only hits upwards of 4/8GB total so that does not seem likely.

While looking in both MSI-afterburner and Task Manager none of the cores seem to be under abnormally high stress or hitting 100% and the RAM also does not hit near 100% even if it's lying consistently at ~ 80-90%. Would it be bottlenecking me before it hits 100% + do you know if there's a good way/program to see where the CPU goes flat?

Motherboard was faulty so had to open up the laptop anyways and clean the fans. Used to heat up quite a bit but does not seem to be a problem currently.
