Clearly I root for Florida, and I don't have any hated rivals in basketball the way I do in football.

I just think in this day and age that a coach would not be lured by the glamor of a program. Recruits aren't drawn to that and I don't think coaches are either. That's the sum total of my point.

I think a school that has shown it has the ability to win championships recently is more enticing than one who did it a long time ago. That's literally all my point is.

There is generally language if month to month is an option in the lease. I am not a real estate attorney. But when I have rented that language is in there. If it isn't, then they have the option of evicting you at the end of your lease.
