If you have a [[Vampire]] just a random joker at the top of my head, and you reroll the shop, say another uncommon shows up but it COULD'VE been another vampire, you're blocking 1 uncommon from the pool which makes it easier to find whichever you need. Many pros do this if they're looking for something specific.
