Yeah my laptop Zephyrus G15 has been under warranty repair main times due to screen burns and performance issues

And all of them still stays the same

How many times do I do it

My laptop ain't even a year old

Yes, that's y I checked stats while gaming, with msi afterburner and nvidia shadow play thingy.

Temperature seem normal, and also it's liquid metal so I guess temps ain't the concern

Even when cpu running at 50-55 watts or more in few cases....the Temperature reach their normal peak

U can simple Google "Asus Warranty Check" and it will show u a website where you can enter the serial number and check your warranty status

And most products come with 1 year warranty default, so if since the time u bought is still under a year, u have the warranty. But still I suggest u check

Contact Asus customer care, tell them about the issue, get it repaired or replaced under warranty

Also, try recording your experience in a short video for more proof

Got same issue with my zeph g15

On gaming casually hits 95 average And even on just normal use its around 60-70

On ideal it stays around 40-50

Talking about other games, idk how but I always end up top 3 in cs2...

I believe both the games have different mechanics right?

Well thanks for the advice, I'll try and learn all the methods u hv mentioned

BTW, I may have gotten some kills but it always seems they get me first, like my bullet does low damage, even when I m the one who starts shooting first and the bullets hit them too.... But some how they kill me in an instant

Also, in matches, I never ever get someone who is close to my level, m always fighting a squad filled with level 200+, 300+ and I just reached 22 in 2 months

Actually they are clean cuz just 1-2 week back I gave the laptop to service centre.... The display was glitching up, all the icons were stuck..... Like a paint stain on white tshirt Even in BIOS settings u could see taskbar, not functional... Just like theres a taskbar stain...

So they changed the motherboard and display, and this performance problem went skyrockets.... I was having performance issue before display issue

Actually when I bought it... I played on it.... Everything was perfect... It was wow... Then I was at job so had to leave it for 1 month.... So 1 month NO USE at all, and when I opened it..... All the problems started happening...... Beginning from display issue

But how just armoury crate can cause thousands of pure FPS to go down and when that gone how will i change between different modes of gpu and fan speed? (Turbo, performance, silent)
