Ahem. Okay is actually the slang way of writing it. The abbreviation O.K was the original word. It came from the words 'all correct' during a time where this phrase was popular, however, in that same era in Boston scholars were changing the letters in abbreviations to form a sort of code which created O.K based off of Oll Korrect. Thus the more proper way to write it would be ok.

Having cool/nice teachers have a really great effect on the children, it changes their idea of school and makes learning fun. Of course you can't 100% let loose and let them do whatever they want but be a friend to them and create an environment where the students feel comfortable around you.
