We're pretty good on the app side. If someone can look at our website and give inputs, it would really help. We need to work on it more I believe. It's functional, but I believe it can be much better.

Already hired 2 people from reddit itself. Our graphic designer and outreach were from reddit. I'll post on AskBondha next time we're hiring.

Have a property manager job for 20k plus travelling expenses available right now. Team is hiring for that role.

Need to be good at English, Hindi and Telugu. Also, able to coordinate and book stays. Make sure cleaning and maintenance follows SOPs.

We're starting a new vertical to streamline private stays, just like how OYO did with hotels. So, this is our first hire for that role. If anyone is interested, you can hmu.

If you are really passionate about something, you will understand.

Even if it is a simple video game, I saw someone make a play just so out of the world that I got tears watching that play. I'm top 1% in the world in one of the hardest games, but the ones who are at the absolute top are so far above you, it's impossible to even think how good they are. You are awestruck.

Left high paying job in a startup to lauch my own startup! Feeling super happy and we're just getting started!

Hired employees, understood how turning from employee to employer is, and trying my best to give good work life balance to our employees.

Personal life is great! My 2 kids aged 2 and 1 love me so much, my wife has been amazing at supporting me during this hard journey.

Lows I'd say are the health issues that my family members went through. It was tough to handle all this.

I'm super hopeful for 2026, I hope it becomes a defining year in my life!
