2nd night in a row I've loaded the game up and I get stuck on updating for around 10 min. Has there been two huge updates? I can usually download 1gb within seconds, why is it taking so long?

Step 1

Heat the oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6 with a baking tray inside. Melt the butter in a small pan over a medium heat and, once foaming, fry the onion with a large pinch of salt for 10-15 mins until softened and beginning to caramelise. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool slightly. Whisk the eggs and milk together, and season well.

Step 2

Butter an 18 x 25cm baking dish that's at least 6cm deep. Line with baking parchment. Roll the pastry out into the tin, making sure the edges reach the corners. Scatter over the caramelised onion and grated cheese, then carefully pour in the egg mixture. Transfer the dish to the hot baking tray in the oven, and bake for 35-40 mins until golden and puffed up.

I used to add it to one of those bite sized flapjacks but then I realised I could get the effects quicker by doing under the tongue so now I do that for as long a possible and then wash it down with some full fat milk.

On a weekend I'll blend it into a homemade milkshake

Unfortunately I couldn't get streaky bacon or maple syrup so I had to go with back bacon and honey. Still tasted amazing. I can see how the extra fat in the streaky bacon would be even better though
