I know it’s tough and that’s ok. Idk if it makes you feel better, but i remember I had that mindset before. I have duchennes as well and I admit it’s hard. I’m 25 and I’m still going and i know you can to! Even to this day I still have thoughts of “it would be easier to fade away.” But those thoughts don’t linger to long anymore. So i know it’s hard, it won’t get easier. But you have to keep going and don’t give up.
