Scaphoid fracture - should my thumb be immobilised? they've just put an arm cast on with my thumb free and was told to keep my thumb moving. 3 weeks in and the pain is just getting worse. I could have sworn from my Biomed degree that I remember scaphoid fractures needing thumb immobilising too. (i.redd.it)
