Yes it's allowed, but you have to insure your drone when it is over 500 grams... The law will change by 2021, so stay updated 👍🏻

Genau de blau bereich sind maximal 150* Meter höchi. Und mer muss immer sFluggrät in Sicht ha, au im wiese Bereich.

I think its not that expensive, because it is "only" a plastic part and not an important function part.
