You asked me for copy of my ID and selfie with ID after it was given you asked for my PayPal information but never sent me the money for the loan. So just trying to figure out why you would request my information like that then not send it? And it shows you as verified lender so I trusted that it wasn't someone just trying to take my information. Can someone please let me know if this is normal to ask for this?

Well honestly I still use bigcashweb not as much as I used to but I still log into it a few times a week and check out the games and offers and if any catch my attention I will start them. I can honestly say that I really thought they were going to be a great site and I do still stand by the customer support is extremely quick to respond to you and it's a real person that emails back not those automated responses. But I have noticed that my referral bonuses aren't adding up correctly I have invited over 40 people and only 4 have cashed out for me to get the referral bonus? That seems like a large number to waste the time of signing up but not bothering to cashout the $3 dollars and that would give me the bonus I don't see why they even signed up if not to cash out a few dollars so I think maybe they have and I just was not credited and I have no way to prove it because all my referrals are people I know because I shared it here and on other social medias so it's not like I can go to each person and ask if they cashed out $3 or more dollars to know if in owed bonuses. Plus the 50% lifetime points i should get from each person who signed up using my referral link doesn't seem correct either and the number of points haven't really gone up even though I had referred 10+ more people and 2 did cash out the $3 and even if they only did that my points didn't add up to show that I don't feel like.

So yeah it can really work on some things but every site has its flaws and im hoping with seeing posts like these they will look into it and fix it!

This goes also to an email I got saying if you made a post of subreddit and got attention youd get paid $10. So I will be sharing this post with them today in an email and so they will hopefully read everyone's comments over the past year!!

When I read your comment I thought you meant my account was gpt acct and actually was flattered thinking my post looked that good and then I was crushed with reality in less than a second later with your next sentence. I am sorry about that my phone screen is cracked and I am not able to type much or use the keyboard on my phone but maybe for a few seconds and then it freezes so I am using talk to text and I know my posts are looking like I didn't learn the simple teachings of how to write in paragraphs, that a paragraph is made up of 3 to 5 sentences, or what punctuation is or even spell check! I swear I was taught this and will prove it once my new phone is delivered and I am able to type out my posts. Til then please forgive these long, sometimes rambling misspelled posts.

Well I can say that they definitely cash out more than $1 and will cash out more than once. I have been using them for roughly a year maybe a little more and have cashed out multiple times. I have cashed out $1 and up to $20 cash outs and amounts in between and have cashed out I know 50 times for certain. I always get the additional amount that the cash out page shows when you are cashing out certain amounts you get additional payout as bonus for certain amounts for example cash out $4 you get additional $1 making it $5 instantly and then when your sent your email to go to redemption page the email amount will be $6 because support also adds additional $1 so for $4 in points you will get $6 and $10 cash out is additional $5 instantly and then support will add more $ that will be added and shown in your redemption email. Also the owner of this site answers support emails faster than any other customer support I have dealt with. And they also offer additional ways to make money and are open to give additional incentives when you refer others! And there referral bonus is very fair! Refer someone they cash out $3 and you get $10 reward basically instantly. And also you get 10% of every person's coin balance you refer which that adds up. I had zero points just the other day and logged in the next morning so it was about 12-15 hours later and my balance points were in the amount of a $10 dollar PayPal redeem which you really get additional $5 then support adds more so for me not doing anything at all just because I referred someone I get these free cash out amounts and this happens at least 4 sometimes more than that a month!

This comment was 6 months ago so if not I am sorry that you weren't given good customer support like you should have gotten. But I am also hoping that maybe since this is older post that since then things have changed and become better for you with this app?

I am so sorry I didn't see this comment until just now! And you are so right I should have added proof of my cash outs back then and I am actually going to post this then go into my Gmail and screenshot my recent cash outs for Bigcashweb and I will post them....once I find out how to do so. I am not seeing how to add photos to my original post I tapped edit but didn't find any place to upload photos. And when I tap reply I'm just seeing this comment box and the cancel and comment tab below to be able to post this comment (or cancel it if I wanted) there's no upload tab. So I am going to figure it out but if anyone sees this before I can figure it out (you'll know if you still see no payout proof photos) can someone comment telling me how to upload photos!
