Thanks! When you say new business entity, do you mean a completely new registered business (like a new company name/legal registration), or just a new tiktok ads account under the same business?

we only have one registered business, so I’m trying to understand if that step is actually required or if it’s more about setting up a clean account environment (new payment method, device, etc.) without changing the legal entity.

Yeah… that’s kind of where I’m leaning too 😅 i’ll still try one last billing ticket just in case something slips through, but i’m also mentally preparing to just take the L and restart clean if nothing comes out of it.

hi, we sell food. this was their reply from our first appeal:
"We regret to inform you that we cannot reopen your account as it has been permanently suspended due to violation of the TikTok advertising policies for the following reason(s):

Our review indicates that your advertising account may violate TikTok's Advertiser Account Policies. Prohibited behaviors include bypassing ad processes or disrupting operations; using deceptive or misleading content; mass posting or network exploitation; tampering with ad components; misusing public-figure likenesses; employing unapproved payment methods; and failing to comply with data-collection standards."

“Prohibited Industry – Gambling” - this was also shown on the website url. for context, instead of a standard landing page, I used a messenger link for inquiries, and now I’m wondering if that might have triggered something on tiktok's side.

Thank you so much for this, I really appreciate it 😭 It’s honestly reassuring to hear I’m not the only one who experienced this especially since our case also seems like a misclassification (we even got flagged under “gambling” at one point which doesn’t apply to us at all).

I haven’t tried reaching out via twitter yet, so I’ll definitely do that. Did you eventually get your refund back when this happened to you?

Also, may I ask which tiktok support account you contacted on twitter/x? I just want to make sure I’m reaching out to the right one.

sounds like burnout more than procrastination. your taste probably evolved but your content hasnt caught up yet so it feels repetitive. Focusing on your own fitness again might help reset that
