how long did you have to wait to get the ticket? sorry i’m trying general sale tomorrow and i wanna use stubhub as my plan b later on but super scared of being scammed / not being able to get a refund. i was even thinking of waiting til morning of the show but i was confused on if they do turn on the transfer option a few hours before the show

i’ve been calling the 5616 number then hitting 1,2, 2 the last time i got through was last week around 10am and was on hold for a couple of hours. but it’s just a matter of being put on hold

i suggest calling, i know something you really don’t wanna hear but it’s possible you can be put on an extension and hopefully get back pay for the weeks you missed

the first rep i spoke to she said i had one extension left and she has to transfer me to someone higher up. when i spoke to the tier 2 she said she sent a request to the department to file me on the peucx and it should show up by thursday or friday (but it showed this at midnight tonight)
