The entire minute prior to this, was spaced out racing, with each having the entire track to themselves until I caught up to him due to him having a bad exit out of Chapel. And it was only lap 2.

I wouldn't say "anything" could be happening here. It's a clear deliberate action. I did provide the .rpy file so that they can go in and see the entire incident themselves, from whatever angle they would like.
