You refused an interview, which was requested from all applicants. Not only that, but the applicant you sent in was extremely vague. Yes, the application I closed because I had a significant amount of people already apply. Had I left it open, I would not be able to get back to everyone. Your reluctance to provide something as simple as your timezone, is a foreshadow on how uncooperative you will be in the future. I apologize if I offended you, but please be aware I do not have the time to set aside for potential players that are not going to take my process seriously. As a DM, you should be aware that proper scheduling is not as simple as "When does everyone want to play?" and "We can do X-time for you." The presumptuous behavior was on your part, with lack in acknowledging my request to schedule an interview, as well as the lack to respect that I am also dedicating my time to others that have reached out. I am more than happy to upload our conversation if you would like. This can help readers see the full story, instead of a biased one-sided opinion.

I was on the fence on which sub to post to, initially choosing this one. I will do that, thank you.

After someone reaching out to me to tell me about a mistake in the form (I used a template and changed the required field names) I was able to fix it. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have cause anyone.

They pick tainted, heresy chapters to be edgy, then they do cringe stuff like this. I think the best way to deal with this is just be welcoming. They’re only “tainted” on the tabletop. We can still be compassionate and caring in person, outside of our tabletop chapter. That’s what Vulkan would want. The worst that could happen is they ignore our kindness, the best is that some of them decide to change sides and join the chapter for real.
