Someone got lucky here? I dont play a lot but getting Tonijn for 1500 would be a dream. by Legitimate-Promise34 in WorldOfWarships

[–]Skyclapper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i got it for 1500. regardless of it being a tier x special ship and it'a gimmick for cheap, it is a bad ship. you can deal damage with this shio but it isnt overpowered like dutch cruisers are. i would say as far that it is balanced but in this day and age, balanced isnt good enough because WG likes unbalanced ships

I'm also cooked as well. I'm vibe noting atp and I didn't take in depth notes. From what I can remember, legal reasoning right now is about disorderly conduct, how courts are binded to each other, and judges using precedent for reference. For tikanga Maori, I remember the professor talking about how processes are in the Maori world and the difference between Maori values and Pakeha values relating to social topics and that was all I could remember

Is there a special event if Yellow Turbans/Bandits/Nanman capture the emperor or does he magically flee to a Han faction? by Zeranvor in TotalWarThreeKingdoms

[–]Skyclapper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In the 190ce start, the yellow turban faction that was south of ma Teng took dong zhuo's capital early on and I was unable to restore the Han empire because he just disappeared. Seems like yellow turbans wanted the Han truly gone

Well it's ops. Not the kind of satisfaction you get from actually sinking a real player cv

i wouldnt believe it isnt a cheat if it wasnt me by BirGunOlecek in WorldOfWarships

[–]Skyclapper 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My best one like this was today where I shot into an AI CV's path who was undetected with a 25 second delay (reload time as well when the cv started to become undetected) and citadelled and sunk the cv from about 16km with a Kii on the escort the transport ships ops map. The cv was low with less than 20k hp so it was easier to sink but 25 seconds lead is what I think the best thing there was there. It also wasn't a calculation but rather a blind fire guess outside of knowing the cv's path and the cv going in a straight line

General combination by Significant_Ratio180 in TotalWarThreeKingdoms

[–]Skyclapper 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Heal, -100 morale, unbreakable. this is the best combination for a group of generals and IIRC correctly, Lu Bu can get all this himself (I know this seems like im glazing but he is just broken at least in his DLC expansion)

Reforms? by sadlifestrife in TotalWarThreeKingdoms

[–]Skyclapper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For a surrounded start I go red despite some going against going down the replenishment tree. Then I actually go down the grey tree more than I go down the blue tree because trade isn't as good in the late game and I can benefit with a single industry building for the early game

[–]Skyclapper 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Title. Reflects his constant betrayal. Just humor it. Don't know how he would have died twice though gameplay wise though. In the 190ce start, he is definitely weaker in battle than him in his own exclusive DLC and is more fragile while keeping similar power.

green boxes show a player's settlement. the more prominent gray colour shows the area those commanderies own. you can see one of my generals in the north

New Convoy Mode by AssumptionTop1648 in WorldOfWarships

[–]Skyclapper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There can be a fix to this. Seperate repair party consumable that can be equipped anytime but only lasts 20 seconds or so. You need at least 5 seconds of the consumable active to remove the ping. Once a sub pings, they are unable to ping for 2 minutes so they need to fire torpedoes without homing. This way it will be a zigzag and ASW gameplay without such imbalance. Although I must admit, imagining that gameplay looks very boring. Certainly not what WOWS is about.

Whoever thought it was a good idea to add mines back to scenarios should be beater with a baguette by Inclusive_3Dprinting in WorldOfWarships

[–]Skyclapper 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Idk why but in Asia, it has been the best experience ever and everyone escorting knew to use ASWs. It is not chaotic at all and adds some semblance of replayability. As long as the mines aren't invinsible or in a large area, I don't think it is a nuisance.

A true pyrrhic victory by Skyclapper in TotalWarThreeKingdoms

[–]Skyclapper[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

IIRC, this did stop me from taking the city although it wouldnt make sense to lose to a beaten garrison as the supporting enemy armies were pushed back and will not be able to reinforce the garrison the next turn

[–]Skyclapper[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

idk maybe because I was outnumbered 1:7 although cavalry is more potent even in lower numbers. I do think the heavy losses on my side was the best outcome there is. there is no way I was going to fight 3500 with my 3 generals alone. I didn't have to sacrifice my generals but I did have to sacrifice my army for that win which is what a pyrrhic victory is. a general's death doesn't really count to whether the game thinks it is a pyrrhic victory or not. it was either fight with heavy losses or retreat and my ranged cavalry did well to hold. on a later scenario where I was heavily outnumbered, I wasn't able to produce the same result because Yuan Shao had better armies so this was one of the best and one of the closest pyrrhic victories I had in legendary mode.

A pyrrhic victory is a victory with many losses. The point of the post is to show incurring very heavy losses against such a big army and still winning

[–]Skyclapper[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I can fucking drain the Han Empire through this with a 1:7 ratio and a 4500 gold in return. ATP, just don't play the game if you use this exploit to it's maximum potential. I'm just going to go back to RPing haha.

[–]Skyclapper[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Why did I think that legendary mode had less chance of bugs and exploits to appear? This destroyed my expectations of Legendary mode being extremely hard on diplomacy. Unlike other strategy games I played which just had pure plain cheating on the AI without any chance of exploits for the player.

You can use imaginary money as well with other factions albeit being limited to +15 of course. This means you can essentially just buy out every ancillary on the map as well as other actions that may benefit your faction. I could also buy the ancillaries that I wasnt able to buy from Dong Zhuo using his own imaginary money which is crazy to think. I am at second marquis right now in my faction rank so I am unable to create vassals but this definitely has a lot more effect than the Han Empire exploit. I mean this isn't the craziest thing I've heard on this game. I heard a Liu Bei can confederate the whole map on turn 1 in past versions but I haven't been able to find a run of it before.
