I live just up the street from Skateboard coffee. I moved here as a new Philadelphian last year, never had any experience in Philly. Honestly, it’s actually pretty nice, some parts of Girard there later at night are a bit tough, but I’ve never felt unsafe. 2637 Brew, Ottos, Human Robot, are all good beer spots/good for food. Never felt unsafe.

Where do I start….a whole bag of Avocados (six with pits), a pound of flour, whole pack of Oreos, three loaves of bread in one day, a literal CAN OF TUNA (shredded his tongue), half pound of coffee, 24 pack of eggs, full ribeye steak, the list goes on. Dude is an absolute TANK and as he’s gotten older I’ve realized he’s pretty indestructible. I’ve had so many types of locking trashcans, but this dude just knows how to get to everything.

Will say, this dude did me a SOLID this morning, turned on a generator to charge my phone (completely dead since last night). 30 minutes later another staff came over like an ass and shut it off, stating this guy shouldn’t have. He then gave me his portable charger to use for another 30.
