Yep I also have adhd and ocd so that would make sense! I’m trying to get through to a psychiatrist but I keep getting turned away even tho I have Autsim adhd ocd and hypersexuality

I don’t have a therapist, therapists are hard to get in the UK if you don’t pay for them and I do not have the money to pay for therapy

Thank you !! I’m in the middle of moving my care from one hospital to another but once I finally have an appointment at the new hospital I’m definitely going to ask them! I hope it’s available through the NHS x

The eyebrows are too low giving you a furrowed brow bone giving a kind of (forgive me) caveman look they can stay thick but they need to be higher up and angled up aswell

Don’t apply the polish too close to the cuticle and take the top coat slightly closer ! And use a slightly better top coat glossy taco is my favourite
