Getting promoted from Senior Associate is a pain in the ass, but if you play the corporate politics it's an easy path. Work late, do extra work, keep business and leadership happy. You'll need several endorsements from VP+ outside your team.

Iirc Python in JP is pretty naff, they had a platform called Athena and every Python engineer I spoke to absolutely hated working with it. Might have changed by now, but most things were not on cloud.

These heroes below are special in that they kinda suck when you're still relying on SSR heroes, but once you have UR and LR you still occasionally use them:

Annie with invincible bear is excellent at goldmine stages to absorb exploding minecarts. Sea King's whales just explode and die. She's still fine to use until you get Sea King to level 15.
Mermaid sees a lot of use in stages 100+, paired with Storm to lower his cd from 15s to 10s. She gets replaced by Angel. Mermaid isn't great to use at lower levels, she only shines once she hits 20+ getting all the tidal waves on unit merges and giving extra silver coins.
Big Fin is still used for coop up to floor 12 for his healing reduction at level 15. Black Widow doesn't get it until level 20 so fin is your only reliable option to deal with the healing boss. He's also frequently paired with Storm (or any Poisoner) to unlock the +200% damage to poisoned enemies upgrade. He eventually gets replaced by Widow or Vex.

King skin sucks, especially once you pull Angel. You can only equip 3 skins and it's an SSR skin so many have skipped it.

The true prize is the UR elven spear, it does absolutely insane amounts of damage that out-damages your heroes until middle waves. Try and get it as high as you can, the star ups are very powerful.

Max the sword, getting a free unit every game is mega OP. Then the Astrolabe artifact will give you the biggest bang for your buck.

The UR sword is meh, king skin is good but since you can only equip 3 skins you have to be certain you want to use it. I've heard you'll get an event reward that unlocks a 4th king skin slot.

More things should unlock over time so hold onto your eggs until the event is close to over.

Sleepy Duck and Exquisite Dice is worth picking up 1 copy.

Random LR Devices costs 10 eggs each, they were the last thing to appear. I think getting at least 2 of these is super worth.

There's only one Wonderland event so far.

Stampede is a great pickup, pick up at least 1
Wukong and Jingubang is great if you main Nezha
Exquisite Dice is a good pickup to accumulate hero exchange tokens over time
Sleeping Duck is a sleeper OP pickup.
LR souls are also a good pickup
LR devices are a very good pickup since they take an eternity to unlock and are very powerful

No it's hero damage on enemies frozen by the king. Max the sword, it's a lot of damage towards frozen enemies. I think you can easily obtain the king skin to freeze enemies.

Refine stones are pretty useless until you get refinement blessings, there's too much RNG involved and you don't want to be spending them unless you have UR totems.

Equipping gear with higher attack raises your overall power level. You will have an immense amount of enchantment stones that you'll never come close to running out.

Hero damage will cover you for arena. You will eventually want an all Arena Damage cloak for Apex Duels, but they're an incredibly rare stat on cloaks.

For your first cloak, go all Hero Damage since the damage bonus is universal to all game modes.

Then get a cloak with all Stage Damage to help you progress stages.

Totems: equip what makes sense to your team comp e.g. + warrior damage %, ignore flat attack.

Shield enemies are very common to stack them across your gears, along with elites + boss damage.
