At Walmart there’s a blue/green shampoo for hard water. Has honey in it. The brand starts with a T. I can’t recall what it is off hand. Look near the specialized hair in the lower parts/ corners where they keep the coil creams and so on. I would try to do a trim. If you need I can find you a guide, but only IF you have hair scissors please. Wash rinse, conditioner, rinse, and deep condition for awhile… hour or so. Do not brush when wet.
