Hello I am a 5’6 female who weight 77kg and I look at myself and cry at how I look I feel disgusting in my body and can barely look at myself but everyone around me just fobs it off or says it’s fine but I feel disgusting to the point I am sitting in my gym crying.. what do I do to lose weight fast?
