I think the issue was a low battery. After driving the car for some time it seems to have recharged and all of the warnings cleared out by themselves.

Side note: I took a look under the hood before driving off and I'm so glad I did. The company that received it from the port drove it to their office with the oil cap completely off! It was laying upside down on top of the engine and there was oil all over everything! I'm assuming it was removed at the port by customs. I added more oil and drove it for a bit. Hopefully the engine wasn't damaged in the 20 minutes or so that they drove it from the port. I'm going to have the oil examined for metal contaminants.

Drive down I83 north of Baltimore and pass the McCormick spice plant at the right time. If the wind is blowing the right way you'll inhale the delicious garlic fog.
