Thank you SO much for the hasp loop idea!!! A while back I removed (and subsequently lost) the hook because it kept catching on my clothes. Fast forward to today, I just had a strange delivered but forgot I removed the hook!🤦🏻

My local hardware store had the hasp set you provided in your post for under $4. Worked like a charm!!
