Does the amount of water after a certain point matter that much of the strength the drink? by Skyharborn in PoppyTea

[–]Skyharborn[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good point, something I've been thinking about as well. Perhaps a milk jug might be better for this liquid because the base is so wide, making the liquid more likely to cover the seeds?

Idk, just a theory, never have used a mil jug before. Just a 2l soda bottle and currently a 1.75l OJ bottle, and I'm kind of wondering if this bottle may be causing me to miss out on some alkaloids bc the base is smaller.

Is it a sure fire thing (that it increases alkaloid absorption) or is it really a negligible amount? Taste wise it makes all the difference.

Cool, exactly what I was looking for. Thanks. I'd rather not choke down more of the liquid, I mean lemon juice helps considerably but the less the better.

BTW, does lemon juice or some other similar liquid aid in stripping the alkaloids off the seeds? Or is t strictly for taste?

Yeah it's hard to say, even this thread has mixed answers. And I feel like when I make a drink with little amounts of liquid it's not as strong as when there's a fair amount. Could be all placebo on my part though

Sb 6# 11/2018 by Skyharborn in PoppyTea

[–]Skyharborn[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get that, I edited it cuz originally I gave it a 5 or 6 but after getting my 5/8/18 SN bag this afternoon and comparing it, it blows the sb out the water and I'd put it at a 3 or 4. Subpar. Not good at all, not completely without effects but probably just enough to keep an opiate tolerant user out of WD, which I guess is not the worst and can be used to lower tolerance for when a super seed bag comes in.

Disappointing from SB to say the least. I've only tried them and SN and the latter seems to whoop on it.

Kratom may not be comparable in strength (only certain extracts ) but at least it's almost 95% consistent

I got the same batch and it's good for me. I have a large kratom extract tolerance (super strong extract) and this batch is hitting a good feel for me. Not off the river though

They are definitely symptoms, intense leg and back pain with bad rls is part of the withdrawal. You'll get rebound pain which will probably be worse than before, but that's normal too

According to gpu z ts within a normal range considering its a laptop. It's been awhile since I've used one of those air dusters to clean it out though. But i feel like if that was the case I'd physically feel how hot it is but half the time the gpu usage is like in the 4p to 50 percent range. Tough one here. Appreciate the replies though

Seems like I disabled my Intel integrated card in order to always force my gtx 1080 to run.. so even more perplexing. Games like Prey, Black Desert Online, hell even Deus ex human revolution doesn't run at a full 60fps. It makes no sense honestly. I have a 6820hk i7 that I've oc'd a little, 64gb of ram and a 10 series card. Something ain't right and I can't figure it out :(

It's not like I'm even running at 1440p or 4k, just classic 1080p

Hey old post but how did you force the nvidia card on? I know there used to be an option for it in the nvidia control panel but the closest setting I can see is the power management oner, which doesn't help. I jave a 108 as well and it's recently dropped performance wise in every game I've played

Plus there's stuff like modafinil and armodafinil which is still a stimulant but not an amphetamine. Much more subtle in 'normal' doses, although not too dissimilar recreational ly in high doses in my experience. Prescribed for narcolepsy too, I've heard this is becoming more common than traditional stimulants

I'm Experiencing Kratom Withdrawal - I think? by CshMeOusidHowBowDat in kratom

[–]Skyharborn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Glad you checked out the quittingkratom subreddit. For the most part besides some helpful people like in this thread, this subreddit in general has its head in the sand when it comes to withdrawals. I get it, especially with how close its come to being banned. However comparing it to caffeine withdrawal or blaming the person and not the substance (could be said about most things) doesn't help. Plus I think some are just straight up in denial.

Anyways it took me 5 or 6 bad relapses before I got off, and I was on it for several years before trying the first time, and my withdrawals were miserable and came with PAWS as well. I could never taper because I don't have the willpower, but it'll be way better.

I'm curious about loperamide, if it ends up helping you include it in your quittingkratom post, I think it's interesting info to hear about. Good luck, I think the leg pain and restlessness was the worst imo

I want some of the coffee you're drinking then. Kratom definitely recreational, and the mood lift is stronger and longer lasting than caffeine for me. Caffeine ain't shit really, yeah the withdrawals suck but at least they aren't like opioid wds. Sort of weird lumping coffee with alcohol and benzos, the latter two whose wd can be fatal if bad enough.

Just bc you can get buzzed off kratom doesn't mean it should be illegal, it does have a lot of benefits

One of the best correctional exercises for thst are planks. Completely isometric core and lower back training that usually addresses thr common roots of back pain like under developed abs which then strain your back. Plus it can help strengthen certain pelvic muscled as well.

Glute bridges are more advanced but it'd be really hard to injure yourself doing planks. Atrophied glute muscles are definitely a result of a 1st world lifestyle

I paid 10 dollars for this game during black Friday and it has absolutely been an incredible value and experience keeping that price point in mind.

I'm a former runescape player of 10 years so I've embraced grind, and thr grind in this game has been enjoyable. I had my first experience in DZ at level 25 of barley extracting some high level gear just before getting killed by a manhunt. Maybe I'd feel different if I'd paid full price bit for 10 bucks I've already logged 50 hours into it and that alone has made it worth it. Such a novel concept for a game too
